At MEC Companys, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted.
1. Services
Once a service (installation, repair, or maintenance) has been completed, no return or refund will be provided.
If there is a technical issue related to our service, customers must report it within 48 hours of service completion.
We will inspect the issue and provide re-service or correction, if applicable.
2. Products
Products sold by MEC Companys can only be returned if they are:
Damaged during installation by our team, or
Defective at the time of delivery
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or installation.

Installation charges
Service charges
Customized or special-order products
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
5. Cancellation
Service cancellation requests must be made before installation or service work begins.
Once work has started, cancellation and refunds will not be applicable.
