At MEC Companys, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted.



1. Services

  • Once a service (installation, repair, or maintenance) has been completed, no return or refund will be provided.

  • If there is a technical issue related to our service, customers must report it within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will inspect the issue and provide re-service or correction, if applicable.

2. Products

  • Products sold by MEC Companys can only be returned if they are:

    • Damaged during installation by our team, or

    • Defective at the time of delivery

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or installation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Installation charges

  • Service charges

  • Customized or special-order products

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

5. Cancellation

  • Service cancellation requests must be made before installation or service work begins.

  • Once work has started, cancellation and refunds will not be applicable.
